Porto Pozzo is a small sea-side resort located about 13 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, an important tourist village situated in northern Sardinia which is a sailing point for the spectacular nearby Corsica. It is also noted for its logistic value in its proximity to the popular sea-town of Palau (10 km) and the important municipality of Arzachena (23 km) to which Costa Smeralda belongs to.
The village lies in a natural inlet boasting an attractive tourist port and a sandy local beach which faces famous Coluccia beach. It is also within close a distance to the enchanting resorts such as Conca Verde and Valle dell'Erica.
The village is bustling with life all year round, providing a wide selection of facilities and amenities also in winter time   when water sports lovers flock the area to challenge the wind and waves on their wind and kite surf boards.
The spot is a real paradise. It is ablaze with typical luscious Sardinian vegetation, greyish granite outcrop and the sun-drenched coast punctuated with numerous coves huddling along the staggering shoreline.

Perched on the most scenic side of a hill, the villa stays in perfect harmony with other villas, the fascinating greyish-coloured granite rocks and the exceptional specimen of Sardinian evergreen vegetation. It is situated in a 10.000 sq m landscaped park bordered by  traditional Sardinian stone walls laid by  local craftsman  with the use of traditional methods unchanged through the centuries, without the help of any sort of cement.
The interior of the house treasures a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Externally you can enjoy a broad and well-appointed patio and two covered verandas beautifully ornamented with wooden beams and equipped with a barbecue area. There is also a solarium with a decent sea view.
The interior is a lavish feast for the eyes. It has been designed according to the prime Sardinian craftsmanship in terms of architecture, fittings and fixtures. All the timber furniture has been manufactured by the local craftsmen with doors and cupboards carved with traditional motifs.
A stone’s throw from the main house, a comfortable 70 sq m guesthouse can be found. It consists of a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a wide veranda. What is more, there is a 20 sq m storage place and a covered parking space. Finally, a really charming feature is the characteristic well that is connected to a 40,000 lts tank.
