Worth mentioning are also the Spanish tower in the coastal resort of Vignola  (1606), built under the reign of  Fillippo the Second and the most recent rural churches of San Pancrazio, S. Biagio, San Giovanni e San Silverio.
Within its municipality the most exclusive and stylish coastal resorts  such as Portobello, Vignola can be found. They offer a wide array of services and amenities such as well-equipped camping sites, an abundance of stylish restaurants and cosy cafes.
Worth a mention is the amazing  P
romontory  of Monti Russu, that due to its unique  diverse biodiversity and  an  extraordinary territory have recently gained the status of Site of Community Importance (SCIs) and serve as Nature protected area.
Within short drive from here is also  found the  enchanting village of Rena Maiore and its homonymous popular beach.
Once in your car, after a short while you will be able to admire the mountainous landscape of the Gallura’s region, punctured with numerous historical sites, or the mile upon mile of the sun-bleached sandy coastline.
You should be aware of the fact that the stretch of coastline between Vignola and Rena Maiore, is under the Habitat project that aims  to preserve the areas where the biodiversity is endangered The up-and coming Santa Teresa di Gallura village is a mere 20 km drive towards the north. Its buzzing harbour  offers daily sailing services to the stunning French Island of Corse.
Yet heading inland (30 km east) you can appreciate the Sardinian local genuinely character  in the village of Calangianus which is famous for its cork industry whereas picturesque  Aggius is renowned for   its traditional carpet shop and its intriguing landscape.
Lovely Tempio Pausania nestling at the bottom of the 1200 m high Limbara Mount is widely recognised for its diuretic waters, frenzy Carnival and granite façades in the historic centre.
The nearest airports are Costa Smeralda in Olbia (64 km west)  and the Riviera del Corallo of Alghero( 104 south).
This mouth-watering  investment opportunity  relates to a stunning 10 ha land of rolling hills covered with abundant  pasture and golden carpets of wheat. It is found  in a location  called Naracheddu by the locals, a few minutes drive from Aglientu.
From the land it is possible to enjoy a dominating panoramic view across a wide  valley dotted with flocks of sheep and   traditional cottages up to the turquoise-colour waters of the coastline. The first accessible  beach is Vignola which takes the  name from  the homonymous, abundant in amenities  village. After travelling just for  7 km  you will come across Cala Sarraina, an  extraordinary bay  made of white  sand embraced by majestic cliffs, offering shallow entry into the crystal clear water.
The property hosts two lovely traditional Stazzi, typical Sardinian houses, built a few meters away from each other.
The 75 sq m main house is in a good condition and treasures  all the  original features whereas the second home needs a full restoration throughout  its 62 sq m living surface.
Finally, connecting electricity  is only a matter of requesting to the relevant bodies as the nearest power point is in the immediate vicinity, whereas to source water an artesian well needs to be dug up.
