Wine-producers’ cooperative Il Nuraghe was established in 1956, by just a small group of vine-growers animated by a deep respect of a quality handcraft production, and is located in Mogoro, one of the most important villages of Marmilla area, well-known for its agricultural tradition and weaving of prestigious tapestries and carpets.
By means of its name and the qualifying brand the firm has paid homage to a monument symbolizing a very rich past history: Cuccurada Nuraghe that looks at the firm situated on a hill just behind it.

The cooperative IL NURAGHE has roots in a fertile land inclined to vine growing as Monica, Nuragus, Malvasia, Moscato, Vermentino and Cannonau; 450 hectares land growed in 50% with the traditional method called “small tree”.
