He is a laid-back agent that does not put any pressure on the buyers.He spent plenty of time to show us all the properties that met our criteria and specifications.We were positively impressed by the true information given. Additionally, he did not make any vain promises in order to sell the views he showed us. Although we were not familiar with the Italian buying process, Giampiero put us at ease answering all our questions about fiscal issues, setting up the water and electricity services, dealing with banks. The paperwork was limited to the absolute minimum and the contract met all our needs and expectations.
I can pleasantly recall all the occasions during the period we visited the property when a break was needed and Giampiero would have kindly searched for the nearest coffee shop and changed the topic of the conversation helping to create a relaxing and amicable atmosphere.
We were also helped during choosing the fittings and furniture so that the house could be fully functional. Again the guys did not let us down, brought us to the local warehouse and showed great patience.
Still today the Live in Sardinia staff are offering valuable after-service by replying promptly to our email and telephone calls.
Giampiero has not only been professionally impeccable but also showed to be a genuine friend.

Herr Gian Piero Demuro hat ein vertrauensvolles symatisches Auftreten.
