This project involved a traditional stazzo in Gallura, Sardinia, originally built around 1920 and therefore classified as pre-1967.

Like many rural properties, the original structure was not the issue. Over time, additions and functional upgrades were made — including a bathroom built in the 1990s, wastewater systems, a private well, and drainage adjustments.
